You are responsible for reviewing an invoice or file before uploading it and removing any information you do not want to share with authorized participants.

Service Providers — We may allow trusted service providers to process information on our behalf when necessary to operate and support the Services, including Google and Firebase, Google Play, Apple and the Apple App Store, and database, hosting, analytics, and technical service providers. These companies process information to provide services to ExpenseCount and are not permitted to use it for unrelated purposes under their applicable agreements and policies.
Authorized Group Participants — Information may be displayed or shared with group participants who have permission to access the relevant group.
Legal and Safety Reasons — We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to follow applicable law or a valid legal request, protect the rights and safety of ExpenseCount, our users, or others, investigate fraud, abuse, or security threats, enforce our agreements and policies, or respond to an emergency involving safety or security.
Business Changes — If ExpenseCount is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of some or all of its business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the Services, keep accounts and synchronized information available, protect the security and integrity of the Services, resolve disputes, respond to support requests, enforce our agreements, and meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
When an account is deleted, information associated with the account may first be moved to a restricted archive. It may later be permanently removed in accordance with our internal retention and deletion practices.

Deleting an ExpenseCount app from your device does not automatically delete your account or information stored in our online systems.
